Here are the tricks to access those blocked sites in case of emergency.

The Google Translator (also called as Google Language Tools) can be used to access the blocked sites. The Google Translator is used to translate pages from one language to another language. You can surf the blocked web pages by translating them from English to English(or any language which you desire).

i live in dubai and orkut is blocked here for a long time now. i have tried u're suggestions ,but no luck!
It happens because ISP blocks any proxies. So you can't access the site threw another. Google it’s a well known method of site unblocking and also blocked as well... Better to use any VPN service like http://strongvpn.com It's giving a VPN tunnel between the PC and internet. I'm using it for more than a year, and the service is still great.
