1.Sound technical knowledge - Java, J2EE - servlets, JSP, Struts , Java Script,Oracle - SQL, Unix/Linux, Eclipse IDE, Toad,Weblogic Server.

2.Experience should be 3.5 years and above

3.Should have work experience in complex Enterprise Applications (Portal applications) with big team environment.

4.Should have experience in Onsite-Offshore delivery model.

5.Should have US client interaction skills.

6.Should have Good communication skill, Quickly understand the functional requirements and client business.

7.Should do tasks independently and deliver the solution immediately on time.

8.Should quickly adopt with work environment (large enterprise environment) and quickly pickup the internal environment processes.

9.Should quickly understand the task details and business functionality.

10.Should correlate with the team members of the big enterprise environment.
